Our goal, in all of the services we provide, is to empower children, adolescents and families to reach their full potential.
Wordsworth provides a full continuum of services for children, youth families and communities in each of the arenas that touch a child’s life including education, behavioral health and child welfare. Services are provided in our schools, in homes, and throughout the community.
Community Based Services
Community Based Services provide a comprehensive array of the highest quality behavioral health, child welfare, and prevention services that meet and are responsive to the ever-changing needs of the individuals, families, and communities we serve.
These services also include our Community Umbrella Agencies, CUA Region 5 (the 35th and 39th Police Districts in North Philadelphia) and CUA Region 10 (the 16th and 19th Police Districts in West Philadelphia).
Wordsworth’s Hope Springs provides comprehensive treatment and education through our Acute Partial Hospitalization Program, a safe, nurturing environment created to assist children and adolescents who are experiencing acute emotional and behavioral issues.
Wordsworth provides high quality education for students who experience behavior, emotional, and academic challenges in their current school placement. These include our Approved Private School (APS) and SPIRIT (Special Program Integrating Real-Life Instruction for Transition).
