Wordsworth Academy’s Education Program is guided by the belief that ALL children can learn. We hold our students to high academic expectations while offering the emotional and therapeutic support necessary to achieve their maximum potential.
Wordsworth Academy provides a comprehensive academic and therapeutic program for each individual student. Working collaboratively with families, local education agencies and outside service providers, Wordsworth creates a safe and supportive environment in which students thrive academically, emotionally and socially. Teams develop individualized educational programs for each student designed to foster success at school, home and in the community using positive behavioral interventions and researched-based academic supports.
Wordsworth Academy promotes a positive school culture through respectful, supportive relationships that encourage a sense of safety, trust, collaboration, and empowerment. Ultimately, Wordsworth’s goal is for each student to be guided, nurtured, and educated so that they may reach their fullest potential.
