Wordsworth is pleased to announce the hiring of Caryn Gratz as the new Director of Quality Assurance. The position ensures that all Wordsworth programs meet both internal and external requirements and regulations and meet our own standards for quality of services.

Caryn brings to the position a wide range of experience. Most recently, she was Director of Compliance and Quality Improvement at Northern Homes for Children. Prior to that, she worked in the Corporate Compliance Department for Northwestern Human Services, was Agency Director of the Philadelphia Mental Health Alliance, and Associate Director of Childern's Services at Community Behavioral Health.

Caryn will spearhead a number of quality control initiatives for Wordsworth across numerous programs.
