Welcome to the Citrix at Home page. The links below contain files Wordsworth Employees need to connect remotely to Wordsworth secure network resources.

Instructions:

ONE AT A TIME, 'right-click' each link below and select the 'Save Target As' option. Choose to download the files to your desktop.

Once they are on your desktop, double click the file called 'ICA32Pkg.msi' and follow the prompts to install this on your machine. When that is done, right click the WW.zip file and select "Open with". Select the "Compressed (Zipped) Folders" option. (DO NOT USE WINZIP!) A window should open showing a file called ww.ica. Select "Extract all files" from the menu on the left of the window. Click it and follow the prompts. A folder with the file 'WW.ica' will appear on your desktop. Click the ica file and it you will be connected to a login screen. From there, you can log into the network as normal.
